Where do I start? When I first saw Pinewood on Instagram my heart burst and I knew my future fiance would absolutely love it too. I was right. A few months later he finally proposed and he booked a tour with his parents to check it out. That's right. I didn't even make it out there and I'm not even worried about it. We both knew Pinewood was the perfect location for us and he just wanted to show it off to his parents. It's a dream. Am I crazy for booking a venue that isn't even built and I haven't even seen in person? Absolutely not. Pinewood has taken the time to do so much of the work for us (and you). There's been no guessing or wondering about which vendors to book or how things are going to work the day of. Pinewood has literally thought of everything and shared it all up front with us. You know those lists out on the internet of the top 100 questions to ask your wedding venue before signing? Pinewood doesn't wait for you to ask. They're an open book and ready to share their dream with us. The entire team has made the wedding planning process so simple and enjoyable - just the way wedding planning should be. Now I'm just (not so) patiently waiting for our day to finally come so I can marry my guy surrounded by family and friends and those beautiful pine trees.

Don’t be fooled, however. The BEST feature is not the sprawling lot with beautiful tall pines, or the clean, modern aesthetic of the venue that was thoughtfully pieced together, but rather the leadership of the venue owners and staff.

Having photographed at countless venues, I can say with CERTAINTY that this venue has the most thoughtful, detail-oriented owners and staff I have met. They went above and beyond to ensure our couple had a wonderful day, and I was carefully watching the ways, Tony - the owner - served both the bride and groom and families throughout the entirety of the event.

You WANT a space that is stunning for your event, of course..... Pinewood is certainly this. But what you really NEED are owners that take pride in their work and serve their couples joyfully.... and that’s where Tony and Kate + their staff are next level.

I recommend moving quickly on this space. I’m guessing availability will be hard to come across.

Can't recommend Pinewood enough.

I was matron of honor for a winter wedding here and it was fantastic. The ceremony space (whether you do indoor or outdoor) is separate from the reception space, so there's no awkward room shuffle like at a lot of weddings I've been in.

There is also a mini fridge you can use in the bride's room and grooms room, which is great to keep snacks cold for the wedding party. And a sink, and both rooms are stunning.

The building itself is GORGEOUS and located in the woods, only 5 mins from the hotel & groom's dinner. It was really nice to not have to drive far.

I worked with the Beckers on 3 family weddings now - what sets them apart from many others in the industry is that they're truly wedding experts that love their work and are consistent with their brand, not just event space owners. They help keep wedding stress low, which after 5 family weddings in 5 years, I have noticed is easier said than done.
